Starting a New Project - Beginning with the End in Mind:
This one day of team building brings energy to a new or existing project group. It works on a model which uses the four elements of Water, Air, Earth and Fire in order to discover the various stages of any project and quickly allows members of the team to understand their own personal preferences and how to adapt to he needs of the group and the end goals and intentions.
It can be built into other programs or used as a stand along program.
It’s an interesting program that will provide participants with tools for future use along the journey of any project or personal relationship endeavours.
